Email confirmation loop

i get the email to confirm my email , click it , enter password, continue to sign in, still says confirm email. so i click confirm email , then it sends me another confirmation email, and it just keeps doing that and im never actually confirmed. apparently paypal is infamous for these issues, yet many online services are paypal exclusive, so it'd be great if this got fixed fast.

I have the same issue
