I'm wondering whether anyone can help. We have a business account, and receive payments through PP via our webshop which is through WooCommerce in Wordpress. The payments are sent to PP account fine, and have done for a number of years, but lately I've been receiving customer enquiries through an personal email address which is no longer used for PayPal –– so i've checked all email accounts registered under the Accounts section & the PayPal Profile –– but the personal email address isn't listed, so there's no way I can remove it. I've no idea where else to check –– surely they're getting the email address details from somewhere? But I just can't see how or where?
