Many years ago I have created new email with my name on GMAIL. I am still using this email. When I tried to register on PayPal with this email, the system didn’t allow me to use this email. It says that somebody using this email. I was surprised and tried to write to Paypal support centre about this problem (I have created new paypal account whith another email). But support centre didn’t answer me.
