I signed up for paypal many years ago using a first.lastname email address. Then recently, I've received notification that someone created an account under firstlastname email address and it was accepted by Paypal. I tried accessing the account but I'm prompted for phone verification set up by the other person. I also tried sending an email but it only goes to my mailbox. How can I get Paypal to suspend the account? It could be a recipe for disaster if someone tries to pay me and they forgot to type in the "." between names.
