Hi I sold an item on ebay but the payment has been taken out of the buyers paypal but is marked as initiated on mine. Ebay seemingly has reverted to my old email address (no idea why) and buyer cant complete the purchase. PayPal says add old email to account ....which I have but old email address no longer exists so I cannot confirm. Help!
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
