Ebay don't connect my account PayPal.

I have problems use PayPal with Ebay.de. Ebay.de shows me follow message:
"It appears that there is no active PayPal account for the e-mail address you entered."

But with Ebay.pl - my account PayPap works good.

How I could solve this problem?

Oo. Right now It works. But only my login works.

I need to work on a business account of the company with another login.
What do I have to do?
