I am fairly new to Ebay and I recently sold an item to a buyer. The buyer requested to issue a refund because they were not satisfied with it and I accepted to refund them the full amount. I tried contacting them on Ebay several times about returning my product but they have not said anything back. Ebay sold me to contact them to open up a case and I was wondering if there is a way they can the holds on the buyers account.
