Hello ,
I have an Ebay account with an email and the same email is in my PayPal account
I was selling a personal item on ebay but a buyer can't pay because there is a problem in my account when I contacted Ebay customer service they told me this message :
"I have reviewed your email id and it still does not have a PayPal account created with it. Since you have already created a PayPal account, I suggest you to contact PayPal and inquire about the same. I am sure they will be able to help you out as the issue seems to be their side."
I already linked my Ebay account with the PayPal account and the have the same email ID
Ebay told me that I don't have a PayPal account
Please help
