Hi guys,
Someone tried to fraud my sisters account. We asked him to send the amount to her emailadress, after which we received a security code. He directly send a printscreen from him with "We sent a sms with a code to the recepient, please fill in the code". My sister gave him the code after which we got kicked from PayPal account (apparantly here the password had changed). Then he send us another message with stating he had send another security code (aparantly for changing the phone number for sms code). Thats when we noticed something was wrong and we ourself did a lost password request after which we could login safely. As a pre-caution we deleted the PayPal account.
Are we safe now? Or can the scammer still retrieve any money from her debit account?
