We operate a thrift store for the benefit of a noprofit. We sell some items on Ebay. Recently purchasers have not been allowed to make a payment via Pay Pal. It is asking us to verify our tax status with a SS #, ITIN or EIN. I used the nonprofit's EIN (which isn't the same name as the Thrift Shop). The only number I have for the Thrift Shop is an eleven digit Sales Tax ID from the State. It won't let me enter that. So I entered the EIN and the physical and mailing address of the nonprofit. Waiting for DAYS and still no verification.
