I have established a new hotmail account but when I try to use this with Paypal I am told someone else already has registered an account with this. How do I get Paypal to verify that this is not right and cancel the account that they have registered under that address since it is not possible for two people to have the same address. If they can't resolve it then the only choice I have will be to leave Paypal which given how difficult it is to get hold of Paypal help ight be the most secure solution.
