Dual residential countries accounts

I recently moved to another country and I changed my banking address to that country but I cannot link my cards to my account because they are registered to my new address. Do I need to open a new account using the address of the foreign country?

Yes, you will need to open a new account in your new country of residence.

Remove all your financials from your old account and close it if you no longer maintain a residence in the US.
