How do I downgrade my account from a business account back to a regular account I accidentally upgraded to business account when I did not mean to

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.

I am from Kenya and still have the same issue. When I try use the phone numbers in my region none of them goes through. Kindly assist
