                     Could someone tell me how to downgrade my Business Account to a personal account

To downgrade, please contact customer service for assistance:

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Hi, I tried selecting the CONTACT US way> My Account but no option to "downgrade my account" but it's not available. May I know how you successfully contacted Paypal about this issue? Been frustrating on my end. Appreciate your advice.

Its funny ,when you see step by step looks very easy, specially "contact us" I am waiting only 2 months for a answer and help, because i tried 50 times to make it and i can't

Can someone please help. I tried contacting them via Facebook and twitter and no luck. What can I do? The contact us button is not available on the website either, so I cannot fill a form or even send them an email.

so true! Paypal customer center takes forever to reply and when they did they will just give you a solution that is already on the FAQ section.
