I have been buying & selling on Ebay here for over 10 years. The following has never happened before "until now" : Within the (4) days I made 2 purchases, both purchases were less than $40.00 each, Paypal deducted payment from my Paypal account here, which is standard, PLUS the exact same amounts from our bank account were deducted, meaning "I was double billed or paid out twice". This has nothing to do with Ebay and/or Paypal fees, shipping or any other fees, taxes etc, just the "total" purchase price of said items. What can be done so this is not repeated in the future ? Thank you for any help on this matter.
