I have money waiting and when I try to accept it and transfer it I get all the way to the transfer now button then it says quick security check really fast and disappears and then it says sorry couldn't verify it was you. I've talked to 5 different agents they all tell me different to wait 30 min, then the other says wait 24 hours, one said to wait 48 hours ,then one told me sir you don't have to be verify to transfer to your bank or card so I don't understand. It wants I'd but I don't have an ID. But I shouldn't need one to transfer money,MY MONEY.
