Normally, verification of documents would take 3 - 5 business days. It would also depend on the limitation or hold on the account. It would be better if you try to reach our customer service through chat so that they can take a look at your account and give us updates.
You may contact them by logging in to your Paypal account then go to Message Center or Contact Us and you would see an option to chat with a representative.
