Display name not updated after changing name completed

I have recently updated my name with documents and have been given message "completed", but when I check the account, the display name has not been updated. I tried both on pc browser and the apps (both not working). Is there anything I could do to have my display name changed?

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you. We can then verify some information with you and help you further.
