Hi I’m just wondering weather you can get my card detail off the other PayPal account as I don’t know my email or password for it as I had made it a couple of years ago

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

There are a few disputes on my PayPal account. I tried to explain to customer service that someone hacked into my account and transferred money from a credit card to another prepaid card. I don't want the money or want to owe the money that was transferred, I just want the person removed from my account. But now they're telling me that the person who did the unauthorized transactions is disputing the transactions that he already did. Which means he wants me to pay him back the money that was transferred off his credit card to another one already using my account. But there isn't anywhere on the dispute claim to say this. I don't know the guy or want anything to do with his crooked ways. I don't want to be responsible for his transactions or want to be stuck paying it back when I had nothing to do with it in the first place, I just want him removed & blocked from using my account that he hacked.
