When I made my PayPal I stupidly entered my mothers maiden name instead of my legal last name as I never go by that one. I have been asked to confirm my identity and my account is paused (can't receive my money or send it to anyone) until I can confirm who I am. Tried around 6 times and have supplied the correct documents which show my legal name, but having no luck whatsoever! And every time I call the helpline I get put on hold for hours. Can anyone help?
