Depop and Paypal

I am trying to sell clothes on depop but whenever i try to print the shipping label it says i need to verify my paypal account but then i go to paypal and there are no notifications or any thing i need to do. i cannot figure out what else i need to very. has anyone else had this problem?

Hey did you ever figure out the shipping label problem? My depop is doing the same thing
