Delivery addres mixup

Everytime I use paypal to pay for a service or delivery it confirms delivery to an old address which is not even in my paypal account anymore. It happens regardless the commerce being new to me or not. It has happened 4 times already and it creates so much hassle for me as I am constantly trying to contact businesses to amend delivery addres and it is not always possible. Can anyone help?

that is certainly odd, however first check you are logging into the same account you pay with.

 

Secondly, when paying with PayPal, retailers offer a "use a different address than billing address". If the retailers don't offer this, while it may be an inconvenience, you can try using another retailer with similar pricing.

Change your address here: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/settings/addresses

 

forgot to mention; ensure you set a preferred address if prompted like you can with payment choice.

The Delivery Address present in my paypal payment summary doesn’t figure there either. I haven’t had that address in over a year and I erased it from everywhere. I can’t find it to erase it.

as far as i'm aware, the only way to contact PayPal is thru their dispute service. Which in my opinion, is a disgrace. So unfortunately I do not think so!

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
