Deleting an old number on my profile

I need to delete an old phone number on my profile, I can't link my bank account until I verify with my mobile, I added my new number and made it the primary but it keeps trying to verify my bank account with my old number and I can't delete the old number for some reason. Help!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties when trying to remove an old phone number from your PayPal account. 

Can you please try deleting your temporary internet files on the device that you are using and then try this on a different browser to see if that helps? We would also advise trying this on a different device to see if that gives the same outcome.

If you are still experiencing difficulties at this point, we would advise that you try sending us a quick email through the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage to request that your old phone number is removed.
