I'm trying to delete an officer from my workplace (non-profit) profile because I don't have his home address and PayPal won't recognize our work address or his other workplace address. PayPal isn't being any help on chat so I thought I'd come here to ask. Does anyone know how to delete an officer (and NO, NOT a user - I know how to do that) from a business profile?
FYI - this is in the Identity Confirmation Section of setting up the account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
