I can't close my account It keeps saying that i can't close it yet etc I don't have any resolution center stuff going on,i withdrew all my money awhile back,removed my card & bank info idk what I'm missing?? I tried to call them but no answer Please help asap It keeps saying 'Before your close your account, Sorry there's a problem if you keep seeing this please contact customer service'
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in). If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country. Live chat is randomly available. You can send them a message. Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. I know but I've been waiting for an answer on Twitter for awhile now. And in all honesty paypal is a huge company and them never having available employees sounds a bit ridiculous.
