Delete transactions

I have a pending transaction that I want to delete. I tried looking in the 'help' but the things that says to click on to delete aren't anywhere that I can see. Please help.

There is only a cancel option next to a pending payment IF the email address it has been sent to is non-existant ie a typo or spelling error.

Other than that if it stays pending and is not claimed it will time out at 30 days post payment.
