None of these solutions work, I found an old thread that says you have to contact PayPal to remove multiple old (unsaved to your PayPal account) addresses.
I have about 15 addresses that come up when I am paying for online shopping with PayPal and only 2 addresses in my PayPal account. Cache cleared etc etc. It's a known issue that PayPal 'store' these addresses where the account user can't remove them.
Time for access to these please PayPal, no-one wants to phone to remove these.
