I use Paypal because I thought they were more secure then other pay websites. What I would like to know is if I delete this account can I open another account ( if I need to at a later date). My account got hacked and someone ordered over $800 worth off junk. Paypal was no help. They sent me to Synchrony Bank for investigation. We have been going around in circles for month.
