Delayed SMS password for 2FA login

I have problem login to my paypal account and the reason is that when I press the button to get the SMS code to my phone , but that SMS does not arrived no matter how time I wait.The second time I press the SMS code request button I get the 1st SMS code without knowing it so when I type it I have a prompt message that te code is wrong.I did this 3 times in a row so eventually I get locked account for some time.Do you know that this is so frustrating?Can you fix this? My cellpone network is ok.If was not how I get the SMS codes after the 2nd sms code request? This is so annoying.Do something please.

Having the same issue but only this time it’s with paxful n 2fa keep delaying n then I click again n sends me the first code
