Helle guys, so, I was requested to upload proof of address and sent a utility bill, after it was processed I was requested to upload a copy of my ID which I did. It's now more than 7 days and am yet to receive any feedback. Only indicating they will contact me 2-3 days. How can my issue be fast tracked, they aren't responding to my mails. Kindly advice.
