Hi community, I was successfully using paypal with Visa debit card few month ago, but from the time I am issued a new debit card from bank which is working and active I am not able to linked it or even not able to add it in paypal debit card account. I have removed previous debit card info, after trying several times the option of update card, but now in my Paypal I have no card added and I can't even add a new card from settings. There is nothing bank needs to do about it, just asking if anyone experience in paypal community similar situation and sorted out with paypal personnel, My primary mobile is already showing up in account too. thanks.
