Debit Card Verification: Money not refunded, Code not Sent

Hello paypal community, my account has being debited twice for confirm my Debit card, money has not being refunded and paypal 4-digit code has not being sent. i am unable to transact effectively. i feel so helpless right now.

i have contacted customer care several time and nothing has being done, No response from them either. No solution has being proferred. Please, what can i do now.

Paypal tends to only accept credit cards in your country although some debit cards are viewed as credit cards sometimes.

If you haven't got the code then odds are you can't add them.

Any un-used deposits are refunded after 30 days although in some countries its a bit longer.
