Debit Card Linked To Previous PayPal Account

Hi, there! I seem to be in a bit of a situation and need urgent assistance. I closed my previous PayPal account without unlinking/removing my debit card. I want to use the same debit card on my NEW PayPal account, but I am not allowed to as the debit card is STILL linked to my closed account. My question is - how do I remove my debit card from my previous PayPal account if it's closed???

You can't, paypal customer services 'may' be able to but not guaranteed if the account is closed, you would need to contact them and ask.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
