Debit Card Already in Use

Hi. I recently closed an old account and resigned up a new one with the same email address. I must have forgotten to remove my debit card information on the old account, and now I cannot enter the debit card info on my new account because it says that it is already in use on another account. How can I fix this? I’m abroad now so I cannot verify my account with my mobile as well.
