I have a little trouble. I registered a new e-mail address, because the old has been blocked. Before i do the new acc., unlinkd all credit card from the old acc. and deactivate the acc. When i want to link credit card to the new acc i simply cant, because the system messaged this: This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method.
So if i deactivated the old account, how can i activate if i cant log in into?
