Hello. I've tried to contact paypal through phone but they always hang up so i try to contact them via email but the automated bot always shows up. When he asks me if he could have helped me i choose "no, i need more help" and then it automatically closes the conversation and won't let me contact customer support in any way possible. What do i have to do now? Thanks

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I can supply the number but good luck! I cant reach anyone today. They're hiding. They know they have been bad today. Here are two numbers https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call and <removed> . Second number is mainly for cash cards and first is general. I tried both numerous times and from different numbers. No luck.

Hello all, I am confused by the recent changes at Pay Pal so called 'Customer Support' during the pandemic, and hoping that someone here can explain something to me....
It seems that if you call their number, you get a message saying they may not be able to assist you, and forcing you to talk to an automated help system. If you log into your account, and try to send a Message to them, you cannot actually send anything, and if you click End Message, it cancels the message completely.
Are they just using the Covid 19 issue as an excuse to ignore their users completely?? Have they all taken a vacation from working for a living, because I would love to also, but we have to keep working in masks??
Is there any possible way to actually speak to a live agent at Pay Pal anymore, or do we have to wait for a vaccine for Covid before that??
