Hello: I hade one of our members, who paid using Paypal, that his email receipt contained an "advisory" that he had to open a Paypal account. It left him with the impression that we would not receive his payment unless he opened an account. He didn't show me his receipt; so, I cannot verify what he told me. My questions are: do the receipts contain an advisory to open a Paypal account; and if they do, why?
