So I got a new card that I tried adding to my old account but it didn't work (gave me an error) so I made sure my card didn't enter and tried with my new main account but it says that the card is on another account, I can't close the other account and apparently now I can't add my credit card that I am sure didn't enter the account. What should I do now? contacted PayPal through Twitter but with no answer and through email but no luck and I cant call.
