Credit card and bank account error

I tried to link my bank account to my PayPal account but PayPal doesn't accept my IBAN number. I got error which says: The bank information you've entered is invalid or missing. Please try again. Please enter a valid IBAN. I've tried to add my IBAN number multiple times but it always gives me the same error message. Almost same thing happened with my credit card. I contacted my bank and they dont know anything what may help me. Please someone... how to solve this problem?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the PayPal Community! I can see how receiving those kind of errors can be a bit confusing. Normally that error means the IBAN number you're entering doesn't correspond with a bank that either we work with or recognize. I would recommend reaching out to your bank one more time to double check that you have the correct IBAN and Account number.
