Hey i have a problem, I verified my card, i got the message from paypal to verify it, i called my bank it says that it's there. I go to the bank to withdraw it, says i have none. Then i was figuring out of what was the problem, went to my edit i see that my CSC is empty, so i insert it again, click save. Then it disappears again after i click save and it says required then i fill it up again and it again disappears, i contracted my paypal but my question is: is my CSC saved and its just there empty for safety purposes? also do i have to receive the money and wait 7 days before i withdraw in the bank?
