When i was opening my account, it happens accidentally set place of country/region to a wrong country.now am trying to change to correct one. At the moment it is almosts month now out of no help from paypal resolution center.
You would need to close that account and open one in the correct country, as paypal is country specific you can't change the country on a paypal account.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
