Hello I setup my account and since then My country shows bermuda and I live in the United States in FL. How do I fix this because there's no way to speak to a live person over the phone and I don't see an option on my account to resolve the incorrect country code. Even now as I'm posting this it show Bermuda which is an error and I can't make certain purchases because it keeps saying error wrong country doesn't match the card on file/Paypal. OMG please help.
As PayPal is country specific it is not possible to change your address to another country, you would need to close the wrong account and then open one in the correct country.
