Could not delete unverified email, could not verify new primary email

I accidentally set up the wrong email and it got sent the verification link. I added a primary email, a new one thinking I can delete the old wrong email.

Now I am stuck and could not verify any of the two emails.

 

is there a number I can call to have the old email deleted and everything be set to my new primary email as default

Go and click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > click on the + and add another/new email address first > verify it > go back and click on update and tick the box underneath that says make primary > then you should get the remove option by the old now no longer primary email. You can remove that one or leave it on as you can have up to 8 email addresses on the one paypal account.


Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
