Cost for Paypal Business Account

Hello, all.

I recently acquired a DBA and wanted to add it to my PayPal account. I currently have a personal account but feel I should upgrade to business since I have a DBA now. That being said, how much does it cost to upgrade to a business paypal account? I heard it was $30 a month from another source but didn't see any confirmation on PayPal's site. 

Or rather, is there a way I can add my DBA to my personal account?

There’s no monthly fee to upgrade or to open a business account independent of your personal account. There’s monthly fees if you subscribe to certain services like pro or advanced level PayPal checkout integrations, etc. See Merchant fee chart:
