Does anyone have advice on how talk to a live person at Customer Service?
For the past 3 weeks I've been trying to contact customer service through both phone and chat, but can't get through to any no matter the time of day or day of the week. I just get disconnected by the system without ever getting through to anyone.
I've never had this happen with any other company, is there something I'm doing wrong?
