Hi it has been more than a week since paypal debited my card and I still haven't receive my code yet? where do I follow up about this?

If you haven't received it then it may be a card paypal does not accept.

if the card is not accepted then why was it debited? paypal was supposed to return the money and the confirmation code should be in the statement right?
