Confirming my address with paypal - doesn't work??

Hello,

 

My name is Prashanth, I am an international student living in Melbourne.

I have opened a paypal account recently, and they ask me to confirm my address, otherwise some features in my account will be disabled.

I have tried to do so, and I was very careful to enter correct data, however they say "something is wrong" - while I checked and all is good.

Any suggestion how can I confirm my addresss?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty confirming your address in the Resolution Center. If you've followed the steps in the Resolution Center and the confirmation is not working, please reach out to customer service to troubleshoot the situation.
