Confirming identity

Hello there,

when i try to do a "forgot password" process, it asks me to confirm identity by confirming EMAIL and PHONE NUMBER, the problem is that i don't have the SIM anymore, so what should i do?

If you ae unable to reset the password by email or phone, please call our Customer Support. You can locate the contact number for your account by clicking on "Help"-"Call Us"-"Continue as a Guest". The "Help" section is available at the bottom of any PayPal website page.
