Confirming address through fax

Has anyone recently been successful confirming their address by faxing documents? If so, how long did it take? I opened an account recently and I'm not trying to link my bank or my credit/debit card.

We would not recommend using the fax method to confirm your address as it may take a while. If you need to confirm your account and provide some document, please reach out to our Customer Service and one of our agents will be happy to give you alternative methods to verify your information.
