Confirming a Link to Bank Account

Paypal will not confirm my bank account directly even though the Net Teller ID and password is correct and works on my bank's website. Can anyone help me fix the issue? It is urgent.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
